2. Digital Product Nature & License

• 2.1 Nature of Products
  PrintPlayPalace exclusively sells digitally downloadable and printable products.
  No physical items will be shipped to the customer.
  Upon purchase, the buyer receives instant access to digital files.
• 2.2 License & Permitted Use
  By purchasing from PrintPlayPalace, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital files for personal use only.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works for commercial purposes.
• Upload the files to public platforms, file-sharing sites, or social media.
• Claim ownership of the designs or content.
• Violating this license may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. No Returns & No Refunds Policy

• 3.1 General Policy
  Due to the instant and non-reversible nature of digital downloads, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. Once a file has been made available to the customer, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted, except in cases of manufacturing defects (see Section 4).

This policy complies with:

• EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m) – Excluding digital downloads from refund rights once accessed.
• UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), Part 3, Section 28(b) – Confirming digital products are non-refundable once supplied.
• California Business and Professions Code Section 22575-22579 – Recognizing digital product transactions as final.
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Section 259 – Exempting digital content from refund requirements unless defective.

By purchasing, you expressly waive your right to a refund or return for non-defective digital products.

4. Exception – Manufacturing Defects

While refunds are not provided, we may issue a replacement file or store credit if a digital product contains a manufacturing defect. A defect includes:

• Corrupt or unreadable files that cannot be accessed.
• Missing or incomplete content compared to the product description.
• Formatting errors that render the product unusable despite using standard software.

To request a replacement, you must:

• Contact customer support within 7 days of purchase.
• Provide proof of purchase (order number, transaction details).
• Submit screenshots or documentation of the defect.
• Confirm troubleshooting steps you have taken.

If verified, PrintPlayPalace will:

Provide a corrected version of the file.
Offer store credit for future use.
Issue a refund only if the defect is irreparable.

5. Consumer Responsibilities

By purchasing and using our products, you accept responsibility for:

Ensuring your computer, tablet, or printer is compatible with the digital files.
Correctly downloading, storing, and printing the files.
Understanding that PrintPlayPalace is not liable for:

• Poor print quality due to printer settings.
• User errors such as incorrect scaling or formatting.
• Color variations due to different screen and printer settings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to designs, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Consumers may not:

• Claim the designs as their own.
• Remove or alter copyright notices.
• Distribute or commercialize PrintPlayPalace’s digital products.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action and financial penalties.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
